In an exclusive interview with CBS News partner network BBC News, Prince Harry shared his desire for reconciliation with other members of the royal family. He expressed feeling "devastated" by the recent U.K. High Court ruling on his security detail, making it challenging for him to return to the U.K. with his family.

Reflecting on his current situation, Harry expressed his sadness at not being able to show his children parts of the U.K. He emphasized that his decision to step back as a senior royal member in 2020 led to the removal of his security entitlement.

Regarding the family dispute, Harry emphasized the importance of safety and care for his family. He highlighted the need for a reconciliatory approach and expressed his willingness to return to the U.K. if invited by the royal family.

Despite the challenges, Harry remains hopeful for reconciliation with his family, emphasizing the preciousness of life and the urgency to mend relationships, especially with his father, King Charles, who is undergoing cancer treatment.

Harry concluded by expressing his desire for reconciliation and emphasizing the importance of family unity and safety in the midst of challenges and differences.
