Round two - also known as the NBA conference semi-finals - is set to kick off on Sunday (May 4th, 6 p.m. ET, TNT) as the Cleveland Cavaliers take on the Indiana Pacers in the Eastern Conference. In the West, the Houston Rockets and Golden State Warriors are still battling it out in round 1 for the last semi-finals spot (8:30 p.m. ET, TNT). Here's a recap of who's moving on to the conference semi-finals after the games on May 3rd:

◾ The Denver Nuggets secured their spot in the Western Conference semi-finals by defeating the Clippers 4-3. They will now face the Oklahoma City Thunder, who had an impressive performance in the first round by defeating the Memphis Grizzlies 4-0.

◾ The New York Knicks advanced to the Eastern conference semi-finals after beating the Detroit Pistons 4-2. Their next opponent will be the Boston Celtics, who defeated the Orlando Magic in five games.
◾ The Cleveland Cavaliers, with the NBA's top offensive rating, advanced after sweeping the Miami Heat. They will face the Indiana Pacers in Game 1 on May 4th (6 p.m. ET, TNT).
◾ The Minnesota Timberwolves defeated the Los Angeles Lakers 4-1 and are now waiting for the winner of the Golden State Warriors-Houston Rockets series, which is tied 3-3.
