Following the success of deals during Cinco de Mayo and Teacher Appreciation Week, several companies are now rolling out promotions for National Nurses Week 2025, which will be celebrated from May 6-12, as stated by the American Nurses Enterprise.

The American Nurses Enterprise, comprising the American Nurses Association, the American Nurses Credentialing Center, and the American Nurses Foundation, aims to recognize and celebrate the vital role nurses play in our lives and society.

During National Nurses Week, nurses can enjoy various freebies and discounts at participating locations. The week begins on May 6 and ends on May 12, coinciding with Florence Nightingale's birthday.

In 1982, President Ronald Reagan designated May 6 as "National Recognition Day for Nurses."

Chipotle has announced a significant giveaway for teachers and healthcare professionals, offering 200,000 free burrito e-cards, valued at over $2 million. Teachers and healthcare workers can enter for a chance to win a free entrée e-card from April 30 to May 12.

MOD Pizza is inviting teachers and nurses to enjoy a Buy One, Get One Free pizza offer from May 5-8, while Potbelly is offering a complimentary cookie or fountain drink with the purchase of any entrée from May 5-11.

Tim Horton's is providing a buy one, get one free deal on doughnuts for nurses from May 6-12. Scooter's Coffee is offering nurses a free medium drink on May 6, and Sonny's BBQ is giving away a free Pork Big Deal to nurses from May 5-7 with a verified coupon.

Various other restaurants like McAlister's Deli, Mountain Mike's Pizza, and Logan's Roadhouse are also offering discounts and freebies to nurses and teachers during National Nurses Week.
